This apartment complex is located approximately 100 m from the nearest beach, Playa Jardin, in the resort of Puerto del Carmen, just a few minutes walk from the diverse old town. Various shopping facilities and public transport links are located in the hotel's vicinity.

The apartment complex has 180 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock.
